All fees are priced from the amounts listed below. The final fee will be agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the case, volume of documentation, and the overall time required. Only the Initial Consultation has a fixed fee. No VAT is payable.

  • Guidance with the parental views statement
  • Support gathering and organising supporting evidence
  • Advice on submission strategy
  • Includes one round of document review before submission

Mediation Strategy Meeting

  • Detailed strategy session lasting at least 2 hours
  • Checklist provided in advance to help you prepare
  • Discussion of documentation, case background and goals for mediation
  • Written summary and tailored recommendations following the meeting

Mediation Script Preparation

  • Tailored mediation script where EHCP assessment has been refused
  • Review of refusal letter and supporting documents
  • Strategy advice on tone, structure, and supporting evidence
  • Includes one follow-up phone call (up to 30 minutes)
  • Delivery within 10 working days unless otherwise agreed

EHCP Draft Review & Challenge

  • Full review of draft EHCP issued by the Local Authority
  • Identify vague language and missing provisions
  • Draft a formal request for amendments
  • Support in negotiating changes before signing the final EHCP

EHCP Key Stage Review & Redraft

  • Support with the statutory review process when a child or young person is moving between Key Stages (KS1–KS5)
  • Help to gather updated information, identify gaps, and hold the LA to account for making appropriate changes
  • Strong advocacy to support continuity of provision and accurate, funded planning for the next stage
